A little over a year ago the first trailer of what will be the remake of the first title of the historic saga sci-fi horror Dead Space. And it is just one year after the announcement that the developers of the title tell us about their goals for the game. After explaining the wall that separates the concept of remake from that of remastered, underlining how the new Dead Space is totally rebuilt from scratch, the Creative director Roman Campos-Oriola expresses his desire to remain as faithful as possible to the original title while still making it a better experience.
The developers dedicated to the remake therefore seem willing not to disappoint the most loyal fans and, just to demonstrate this, Roman he tells us that some of the most active users in the community were called to decide on the improvements to be made to the title, so that they could give their opinion. Passed the word to Senior Producer of the game, Philippe Ducharmewe are described some of the improvements already made to the remake.
Ducharme wanted the lore present in all the titles of the now developed saga was already well present in the remakes from the first chapter, in order to make everything more linear. Another important improvement for the development team is the speed of exploration, it seems that moving around the map will now be much easier. This remake looks very promising and certainly able to please both the old and the new generation of gamers. It’s still early to get our hands on this title but we certainly can’t wait to do it.
