He said: “Sharjah Resources” succeeded in implementing its plan for developmental training programs for the year 2021, through which it aimed to meet the needs that confirm the vision and aspirations of the Government of Sharjah regarding the improvement of job performance levels and the preparation of cadres capable of creativity, innovation, acquiring knowledge, keeping pace with the rapid technological and informational developments, and successful dealing with Challenges of the age in all its forms.
The member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and head of the Human Resources Department explained that the interest in keeping pace with the development in functional programs enhances the efficiency of the employees of government departments and institutions, pointing to the department’s keenness to provide all advanced training programs in line with the emirate’s directions for the next stage, and to translate the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, who always affirms that the human being is the root of development and the basis of investment.
Tariq bin Khadim said: The department implemented 59 foundation programs targeting a large number of employees in the same regions and cities in the emirate. It was also able to implement 43 on-demand training programs that benefited from the participation of 1696 male and female employees in 15 government agencies in Emirate of Sharjah.
The program classifications in the training plan targeted all working employees, and varied to include “behavioral programs, leadership programs, excellence and creativity, human resources, customer service, public relations and communication, institutional development, office management secretarial, statistics, legal programs, financial programs, marketing, and health.” Safety, seminars, information technology, and community culture.

The department has attracted the best qualified lecturers and trainers to implement its training and foundation programs for the previous year, with the participation of professors from academic universities within the country, including the American University of Sharjah, the University of Sharjah, the Center for Continuing Education, and the Horizon College, as well as qualified cadres in the federal institutions in the country from the Ministry of Justice « The Judicial Institute”, the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, the Ras Al Khaimah Medical City, the Ajman Police General Headquarters, and the Ministry of Education in Al Ain.
Ibn Khadem said: “The department is always moving towards specialized training through systematic scientific and practical programs, to keep pace with the rapid and successive developments in various fields, with the aim of upgrading employees, refining their skills and creating real leaders who manage the future,” stressing the continuous endeavor to implement packages of development programs that suit all levels.
