The “Request for Maintenance of Warranty Year” service allows the customer to obtain the maintenance of a ready-made dwelling within the housing complex projects that are being built by the Corporation, after receiving the keys to the dwelling for a period of one year.
Citizens in the Emirate of Dubai who have a ready-made housing within the projects of the housing complexes of the Corporation benefit from the service, to apply for this service.
The required (electronic) documents are a certificate of receipt of a ready-made housing.
The Corporation mentioned four stages through which a maintenance request goes through the warranty year for a ready-made housing, which is the customer’s submission of the request, and the Corporation informs the contracting company to prepare the technical report, and then the company prepares the required report through the engineer, then approves the required maintenance, and implements it in a way that satisfies the customer, then the Corporation inspects the dwelling After the maintenance operations are completed, and notify the customer of his readiness.
