He can say mass himself Lopez Obradorbut the truth is that it is legal the Anonymous complaint involving the former president of the Court, Arturo Zaldivarin alleged administrative errors and assumptions criminal offenses.
You can whine all you like retired minister, Arturo Zaldivarbut the truth is that he is not legally justified in any of the “outrageous” lawsuits against the president of the Court, Norma Piñawith which he seeks rude and grotesque revenge, in the best Palace style.
And the fakes of the Party Brunette They can mount all the dirty campaigns they want, against the Minister Pineappleon social networks, but the truth is that they will not convince anyone of the presumed innocence of Zaldivar and, in the opposite case, the alleged fault of the president of the Supreme Court.
And the Palace can continue to distract us with the lawsuit between the Executive and Legislative Branches against the Judicial Branch, but the truth is that this dispute is another simulation to divert attention from what is truly important; the state election that is underway and the final blows of the dictatorship of AMLO; blows such as the theft of the Afores, the death of the protection figure and the forgiveness of criminals.
But it is also true that the content of the anonymous lawsuit against Zaldívar is, in reality, “the spoken portrait” of a political-electoral mafia that, for years, handed over the Judiciary to the interests of López Obrador.
Worse still, due to its characteristics, the lawsuit that involves the former president of the Court in alleged administrative offenses is, in reality, a specific x-ray of a public servant who violates the Constitution and whom his friend Obrador had already pointed out in many cases. of his “mornings”.
And if you doubt, it is worth remembering that, in his “morning,” López acknowledged being in collusion with Zaldívar to obtain political, legal and economic benefits, which simply means that López and Zaldívar turned the division of powers, enshrined by the Constitution.
That is to say, during the time that Zaldívar presided over the Court and the Judicial Council, he actually handed over the Judiciary to the interests of the president who, once he took over absolute power of the State – by controlling the powers at will Executive, Legislative and Judicial–, returned to the oldest times of the PRI.
And it was enough to open your eyes to see that, on instructions from the Palace, from the Judicial Branch itself and with the complicity of Zaldívar, judges, magistrates, ministers and, in general, judges, who opposed the revenges of the Obrador and who tried to stop the dictator's pharaonic works.
But perhaps the most valuable part of the anonymous lawsuit – which denounces an alleged judicial mafia commanded by Zaldívar – is that it is a robust file that reveals not only facts, but also offers names, points out places, exhibits behaviors and carries hand in hand with the judges through a labyrinth that never crosses the limits of what is plausible and that always remains within the parameters of reality.
For this reason, when the president of the Court learned of the anonymous complaint, she ordered that, within the limits of her legal powers, an investigation be carried out to determine whether the facts, names, places and behaviors indicated in the complaint were adhere to reality and/or if they violate the law.
In short, Minister Piña ordered an investigation into whether or not alleged administrative offenses and alleged crimes indicated in the anonymous complaint were committed. And yes, the investigation will take time and will force many of those accused to declare and/or confirm or deny what was reported.
For now, until today no one knows if the complaints will only lead to administrative offenses or criminal offenses. But, in reality, that is the substance of the investigation ordered by Minister Piña.
But what we do know is that, at the other extreme, the former president of the Court, Arturo Zaldívar, did not resort to defense in court, “his specialty,” but rather preferred “defense” in the media.
Yes, Zaldívar set up “a media circus” that attempts to benefit from the ignorance of the common citizen about the basics of law.
That is, Zaldívar made accusations that were not only reckless, but also lying, exaggerated, fanciful and out of place against Minister Norma Piña, to “heat up the media.”
And none of what Zaldívar pointed out against the president of the Court, in his criminal accusations, has any basis. What Zaldívar and the Palace's co-founders are looking for is a fight in the media, where presidential power has no rival.
What both the former president of the Court and his accomplices in the Palace do not know is that Mexican society may ignore the law, but it is not an idiotic society.
And neither Zaldívar nor López, nor Claudia nor anyone else should forget that.
At the time.
