The strategy video game will come to consoles through the Behemoth Edition, which includes its expansions.
Snapshot Games Inc. Y Prime Matter join forces for the launch this next October 1st from Phoenix Point on PS4 and Xbox One, thus fulfilling the announcement made by the team founded by the creator of XCOM in 2019 to adapt the strategy video game to consoles. In addition, the premiere of the production has also been confirmed later in PS5 and Xbox Series X | S with free update.
Specifically, Phoenix Point will reach consoles through the Behemoth Edition, which incorporates the base video game as well as its four expansions. The last one is not yet available on PC, but it will arrive in time for its launch on PS4 and Xbox One under the name of Corrupted Horizons, promising among its contents new enemies, a new type of soldier and new missions for the campaign.
Let’s remember that since its launch, Phoenix Point has received the Blood and Titanium, Legacy of the Ancients and Festering Skies expansions, each of them offering a new challenge to the players of this tactical combat title.
Phoenix Point is included on PC within the Xbox Game Pass service, to which you can join paying one euro for the first month currently in a Microsoft promotion. At the moment we do not know if Phoenix Point will launch the service for consoles. What we do know is that those who buy Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition on PS4 and Xbox One will get a free upgrade to PS5 and Xbox Series X.
