Women with Wellbeing 2024 in Edomex: When is the next payment and new registration?

The program Women with Wellbeing offers a bimonthly financial support of 2,500 pesos to women residents in the State of Mexico. Due to the electoral ban of the last elections, its operation at the state level was interrupted.

Below, we tell you everything you need to know about the registration dates, requirements to participate and additional benefits that provides this social program that replaced the Salario Rosa program in Edomex with the arrival of the new governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez.

When will registration open for Women with Wellbeing?

Until now, the Secretary of Welfare of the State of Mexico has not announced official dates for new registrations to the Women with Wellbeing program. Those interested are recommended to keep an eye on the official channels for future updates.

What are the requirements for Women with Wellbeing 2024 in Edomex?

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
◆ Be between 18 and 64 years old
◆ Be Mexican by birth
◆ Residing in one of the 125 municipalities of the State of Mexico
◆ Present birth certificate
◆ Have a valid voter ID card
◆ Have CURP
◆ Provide proof of address no older than six months

You should note that the women who can request this support from the new administration in the State of Mexico are heads of family, women residing in locations with high or very high marginalization, women with a permanent disability or who care for people with disabilities.

As well as indigenous women, Afro-Mexican women, women with chronic-degenerative diseases, repatriated victims of a crime.

Beneficiaries of the Mujeres con Bienestar program receive bimonthly support of 2,500 pesos. The first payment was made in December 2023, and since then, the beneficiaries have received these resources continuously.

Due to the elections, a triple payment was made and It is estimated that the next payment will be in July compared to the July-August two-month period.

The Mujeres con Bienestar program is a comprehensive initiative that not only provides economic support, but also offers a wide range of services that seek to improve the quality of life of women in the State of Mexico.
