Sinaloa.- The State Human Rights Commission (CEDH) in Sinaloa, released the results of the bimonthly report corresponding to January-February of this year, revealing that they are women the most affected in the complaints received in the body.
Carlos Álvarez Ortega, president of the CEDH, pointed out that of the 396 complaints filedwere filed by women, accounting for 58.5 percent of the files registered in this period.
In this sense, the head of the organization announced that the federal authorities with the most accusations and that were sent to the CNDH, are: Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) with 10 complaints, followed by the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the National Search Commission (CNB), the National Migration Institute (INM) and CEFERESO #8 Norponiente Guasave, with 1 complaint respectively.
Based on these data, Álvarez Ortega explained that the 396 of these complaints resulted in 114 women being aggrieved; 76 older adults; 32 girls, boys and adolescents; 13 agricultural day laborers; 9 people with disabilities; 3 people with some addiction, and 2 patients with HIV AIDS. The president of the organization also said that within the Program for Attention to Victims of Crime of this ECHR, during this reporting period, 123 people benefited and 96 advisories were provided.

Finally, 7 official letters of collaboration from different State Commissions were processed, for the purpose of achieving the location of missing persons from those States.
