- Assam woman is married to a person from Kannur
- Preparations for the local body elections in Kerala
- Target to reach PM Modi’s schemes to the village
India is a country full of diversities and that is its most beautiful thing. A great example of this has been seen. The woman, who hails from a part of northeast India, married a man from Kerala in the far south. And now she is going to contest the election in her in-laws with a completely different culture.
Munmi, who lives in Lakhimpur, Assam, is married to a resident of Iritti Panchayat in Kannur district. Now she is contesting on the local body elections on a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ticket. He said, ‘The local people of the panchayat have accepted me as their family.’
PM Modi’s plans to reach the village
PM Narendra Modi has made many plans for us, many of which are not reaching the poor people. I am contesting this election as a BJP candidate. My effort is to make all these schemes accessible to the people of the village.
