A new accuser of the American rapper Sean Combsknown artistically as Diddy or Puff Daddy, is a woman who claims that in the year 2000, when she was only 13 years old, she was drugged and raped by the singer in the presence of “two famous people.”
According to the court documents revealed in the last few hours, the complainant relates that on September 7, 2000 she tried to “sneak” into the party of the MTV awards at Radio City Hall in New York and approached the limousines in which celebrities arrive for this purpose.
There, a driver – an alleged employee of the rapper – told her that she was “the type of what Diddy “I was looking for” and invited her to a private party of the rapper in another place, but not before asking her to sign a confidentiality document about what she would see there.
The complainant, whose identity has been protected, says that after having a drink once when she was in that house, she felt dizzy and he lay down in an empty room, where Sean Combs soon appeared with a famous man and a famous woman who do not identify themselves. The two men allegedly raped her in turns while the woman watched.
The woman has not wanted to name those two “famous people”, at least until now, and only described general details of that party, such as that cocaine and marijuana circulated profusely.
After that incident, the complainant, now a resident of Alabama, has claimed to have suffered throughout her life from “deep depression that affects every facet of her life.”
Complaints of sexual abuse
Sean Combs faces a hundred lawsuits for sexual abuse. The rapper’s defense, which has repeatedly denied any episode of abuse, whether against adults or minors, has described this latest document as one more of “the opportunistic complaints” against the singer, and has demanded to know the identity of the accuser so as not to have than “playing the guessing game,” according to the New York Post.
Sean Combs is currently in federal custody while awaiting trial on charges of conspiracy, organized crime, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. The singer has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The trial against the rapper and producer will be held on May 5, 2025 in New York and is expected to last for a month, although the Federal Prosecutor’s Office warned that it could be prolonged because more charges could be filed against the hip-hop artist.
Combs was arrested on September 16 in New York and remains in prison without the right to bail since then.
His case, given the number of victims and celebrities who may appear as accomplices, could explode as a second #MeToo, in this case concentrated in the world of music, which would thus complete the dirty laundry of the first, which managed to air the world. of cinema.
