51-year-old American journalist Brent Renaud was killed near Kiev. The man and his injured colleague Juan Arredondo were filming refugees fleeing Irpin when they were shot at at a checkpoint. Renaud was shot in the neck and died instantly while his colleague was transferred to the hospital.
