After her victory, Alejandra Rodríguez was interviewed by various Argentine media who wanted to know what her preparation process was like for the first beauty pageant in which she participated, as well as her routine to maintain her good physical condition.
“I think the basic thing is to have a healthy life, eat well, do physical activity.to, normal care; nothing too extraordinary, and a little bit of genetics. What I try to do in general is intermittent fasting, which is spending a period of time without eating food, I think that helps a lot. “I try to eat organic food, use good creams, these types of issues,” said the journalist during an interview with the Argentine channel El Trece.
