Although there has been no official communication from the company, the price has actually increased if you look at the official subscription pages: both on Xbox Store what up PlayStation Storethe monthly subscription price is increased to 7.99 euros compared to the 5.99 euros it initially cost and which still appears as the price on the presentation page of the Rockstar Games portal.
This does not appear to be an error: the fact that the price is the same on both platforms and also corresponds to the American one (which went from 5.99 to 7.99 dollars) suggests a recent change in the organization of the service.

In fact, it is one trend now very widespread among the various subscription services: many others have already undergone a price increase in recent months as emerged for EA Play a few days ago, and evidently GTA+ also follows the trend, moreover being able to count on the driving force of the growing marketing on GTA 6.
