The Spanish central defender left Real Madrid after 16 years at the club to have a new adventure at Paris Saint Germain. The movement took place in the month of July and, in mid-October, he has not yet been able to dispute any minute with those of the Park of the Princes.
Sergio Ramos continues to recover from his calf injury and, despite L’Équipe ensures that the Andalusian is eager to debut with his new team, doctors recommend calm to avoid possible relapses. At the moment, he is not expected to return to training until the end of the month, as reported by the club in its statement:
“The medical examination on Thursday October 14 concerns the Spanish defender of Paris Saint Germain. Sergio Ramos will continue individualized training under the control of medical personnel and performance for another 10 days with the aim of returning to collective training.”
In these ten days, the Parisians will host Angers SCO in Ligue 1 and RB Leipzig in the Champions League, visiting Olympique Marseille on Saturday 24. From there, the footballer could return to training and we would have to wait to see the evolution and what rhythm it is having.
The comeback could take place on Friday 29 against the Lille OSC, on Wednesday, November 3 in Leipzig or on Saturday, November 6 in Bordeaux. After the aforementioned commitments, the national team break for the month of November will take place.
When club football resumes, Paris Saint Germain’s first beats will be at home to Nantes, visiting Manchester City and Saint-Éttiene to end the eleventh and penultimate month of the year.
