The text specifies that the French police were “informed”.
Consular services alerted upon return from vacation
The student in the second year of scientific preparatory class at Lycée Louis-le-Grand has not resumed classes since returning from the Christmas holidays on January 4. It was also following this unjustified absence that the school alerted the consular services, as tells RFI the Senegalese ambassador in Paris. “Academic authorities are concerned about his absence after two days. A brilliant pupil who cannot be seen after two days, you worry “, specifies El Hadji Magatte Sèye.
Since then, a member of the Senegalese embassy has lodged a complaint, which has allowed the opening of an investigation into “disturbing disappearance” of an adult person. The consulate also posted a research notice on social media.
