There are objects that The DGT expressly prohibits carrying in the car, when considered dangerous or that, directly, violates the law. Prohibited objects

- Navajas and modified white weapons: despite the fact that razors or slopes do not have to be illegal, any modification that increases their danger if they are prohibited. - Hunting or ammunition cartridges without registering: carrying cartridges without a license or a higher number of the allowed can lead to sanctions of up to 30,000 euros. In addition, depending on the context, you could even be arrested or processed by illegal possession of weapons.
More prohibitions
The General Directorate of Traffic also recalls that these other objects cannot be transported in the vehicle.

- Firecrackers, explosives or all pyrotechnic material without authorization. Fines that can amount to 30,000 euros.
- Baseball bats or other blunt objects without apparent justification.
- Hazardous or flammable substances without regulation.
- Unregistered or authorization drones.
- Loose animals inside the cabin. In addition to dangerous, it can also be an economic sanction by not taking them in the right way within the vehicle. Domestic animals must be located in a specific place for them so that they do not interfere in driving. In the case of not having it, they will have to accommodate in the rear seats, subjects or, at least, separated from the subsequent seats by a network or other device.
Accommodation of people and objects
- It is forbidden to transport people in sites other than those destined for them in vehicles.
- In vehicles that transport people and goods, passengers must be protected from the load.
- Authorized vehicles to simultaneously transport people and charges must be equipped with protection to prevent the loading of the travelers in case it is projected.
The DGT also recalls that the number of people transported in a vehicle cannot exceed the number of authorized places. In no case may the maximum authorized mass be exceeded for said vehicle. These data are available on the technical inspection card.
It is a serious infraction when the vehicle is occupied by 50% the number of authorized places, excluded that of the driver. If the case occur, the vehicle would be paralyzed by the agents of the authority.
