Here I documented it before, during and after June 2, 2024.
I documented that a scandalous State fraud had been designed from the Palace, which consisted of different stratagems, including the purchase of votes, the conditioning of social programs, the illegal use of billions of pesos of public money and criminal pressure to induce voting; in addition to the weight of presidential power placed at the service of the official party.
Yet, despite overwhelming evidence, many refused to see this reality.
However, today there is clear evidence of state fraud, to the point that it is confirmed that, in the next six-year term, a spurious president will be in office in the Palace.
And so we return to the obligatory questions.
What more proof do they need to understand that the election of June 2 was a gross state fraud?
What other evidence is there, after the confirmation of the huge expenditure of public money – a true plunder in the eyes of everyone – to fund social programs throughout the entire six-year term?
What more evidence is there than the complaint of the Nation’s Servants, who were instructed to condition – from house to house and throughout the country – the delivery of social programs in exchange for the vote and who were then fired without the promised pay?
What more evidence is there than an illegal electoral campaign, spanning five years, by the Palacio’s favourite, which left public services such as the Mexico City Metro in ruins?
What more evidence is there than the repeated confession of a sold-out Electoral Tribunal, whose members confirmed that, in his morning press conferences, López Obrador systematically violated the Constitution by illegally intervening –since 2023– in the 2024 electoral process?
What more evidence is there than the alteration by design of the electoral results of thousands of polling stations throughout the country, through the PREP, which resulted in a disguised, illegitimate and illegal victory for Mrs. Claudia Sheinbaum?
What other evidence is there than vote buying and threats to withdraw social support from all municipal, state and federal governments of Morena throughout the country?
What further evidence of the State fraud committed on June 2 is there than the participation of criminal groups in many regions of the country, where they conditioned the vote in exchange for “money or lead”?
And what more proof do they need then that, in a deceitful manner, from the Ministry of the Interior and on instructions from the Palace, they intend to impose an illegal majority of federal deputies from the official party, to destroy the Judicial Branch?
However, the pathetic thing about this case is that, despite all the evidence cited above, nothing is going to happen, since both the INE and the Electoral Court are true sell-out referees.
That is to say, no one will sanction any of the electoral criminals, starting with the biggest electoral criminal in history, named López Obrador, who works in the Palace.
And why will nothing happen despite the mountain of legal and constitutional violations in electoral matters?
Nothing will happen because Mexican democracy is dying, because López Obrador has been in charge of destroying all the institutions that were built over 25 years to guarantee fundamental rights and freedoms.
And, above all, nothing will happen because few opponents and critics care about antagonizing the Maximato that is about to take office with López Obrador behind the throne and with “Madam President” as a parapet.
And that is what López’s “tiresome” work was for over six years, during which he was determined to destroy the CNDH, all the institutions of transparency and accountability; he destroyed the federal and state electoral institutes and the Electoral Tribunal itself.
Of course, in addition to the fact that by presidential order not only the opposition was persecuted, but also the critics, in the midst of a true extermination of journalists throughout the country and brutal control against the owners of the large press, radio, television and digital media.
And, as we have already repeated in this space, Obrador’s Mexico is the Mexico of “nothing happens!”
Nothing happens despite electoral fraud; nothing happens despite the worst government in history; nothing happens despite more than a million deaths from Covid; 200 lives lost due to violent acts, 50 thousand missing people and nothing happens despite the fact that Mexico is a bankrupt country.
And that is why we must ask: Will the Maximato resist Mrs. Claudia?
