According to the British newspaper, Mohamed Salah starts his day by eating “Parata” bread along with a glass of milk.
And if the Egyptian international is still hungry, he eats some fruit before lunch.
The Mirror indicated that Salah likes to eat lentils, vegetables, chicken and yogurt.
Regarding the importance of nutrition for athletes, Salah had indicated in an interview with “CNN” that: “Nutrition is very important, it is an essential element for football players.”
“The nutritionist told me that because I don’t have any fat in my body, I can eat whatever I want, and I don’t drink alcohol,” he added.
For dinner, Salah eats soup, salad and some vegetables, along with a glass of milk.
“Koshary” is Salah’s favorite dish, which he makes sure to eat when he returns to Egypt.
In addition to a strict diet, Salah exercises, along with training in the “Reds”, weightlifting and swimming.
