Early vs. service director Susanna Kaunisto says that the employer has failed to open the reasons for organizing the training. According to Kaunisto, the aftercare of the case has been handled according to the organization’s instructions and nothing aggravating has come up in the trainer’s activities.
“The situation is very difficult for everyone, including senior staff. We are now focusing on finding solutions with work guidance and external help,” says Kaunisto.
According to Varha, the situation in the working community does not affect the services of home care customers, and they have been able to be secured despite the employees’ sick leave.
