Some kind a snowstorm will run all over Finland on Sunday. In some places it may snow. Rain also comes as sleet and water in southern Finland.

The rainfall area arrives in the country on Sunday morning from southwest. In the morning it will snow and sleet in the southern and central parts of the country. It can also rain in southwestern Finland.

During the day, rains also spread east and north. It will be raining all over the country on Sunday afternoon.

“It will probably rain in the south, mostly snow in the east and north,” says the meteorologist Helena Laakso From the Finnish Meteorological Institute.

“Snow can accumulate a dozen cents in the north and east. In the south and west, the snow is watery, so it may be piling up. ”

In the south, the temperature is on the plus side on Sunday. In central Finland, the temperature is slightly on the frost side or around zero. There is a lot of frost in the north.

Driving is bad all over the country on Sunday due to heavy rains. In southwestern Finland, driving conditions are even very bad due to snow and debris.

The rains continue throughout Sunday. During the night before Monday, the rains will pause for a moment, but already on Monday morning it will rain again.

In the next few days, several rainy areas will arrive in Finland from lunch, the first of which will be on Monday morning.

So the weather will continue to be the same at the beginning of next week: snow in the south and west, sleet and water, snow in the east and north. Rainfall in its various forms is expected until at least the middle of next week.
