Temperature rose to over 25 degrees on Monday, at least in Rauma, says the Finnish Meteorological Institute’s message service in X. So there have been 70 hot days this year, which is yet another record.

According to the Finnish Meteorological Institute, a temperature of 25.1 degrees was measured at the Pyynpää measuring station in Rauma on Monday afternoon.

The annual record of hot days has already been broken several times in the last week.

The Finnish Meteorological Institute’s comparable heat statistics start from 1961.
