The brothers Ariel and Alexandre Frankel, founders of real estate developer Vitacon, were interviewed at DINHEIRO’s live this Monday (5th). Graduated in Administration and with about 15 years of experience in real estate business in Brazil and the United States, Ariel is CEO of Real Estate. Alexandre Frankel, in addition to being one of the founders of Vitacon, presides over Housi, a digital subscription-based housing platform. In the chat, they talked about the new paradigms of housing, mobility and the reorganization of cities.
“The house of the future is that house that accompanies the person at every moment of life”, says Alexandre. Since 2009, when they created Vitacon, the Frankel brothers have been working with the purpose of reinventing the city, seeking intelligent housing solutions that improve the quality of life for everyone. The developer develops and partners with property owners close to the subway and major business centers, enabling people to live close to work.

“People no longer want to buy real estate, but they want to rent,” says Alexandre. In the conversation, they said that they create housing that improves people’s quality of life, generating mobility and more time. “We contribute to the reinvention of people’s lives in the city,” says Ariel.
In the interview, the brothers talked about people’s behavior in relation to consumption – “the trend is intra-building consumption”; they also commented on the #ReinventaSP movement. A project created by them that will offer kindness to the city and includes the revitalization and creation of squares, sports courts and mobility stations in 13 plots throughout the city of São Paulo.
For Alexandre, the changes in lifestyle caused by the pandemic and the impact of the “new normal” will encourage people to review their concepts of housing and work. “There will be a population boom in the post-pandemic. People will seek a life with more quality, tranquility, urban mobility and sustainability” concludes Alexandre.
