The VOX parliamentary group in the Congress of Deputies has presented a non-law proposal to demand the elaboration of a National Hydrological Plan to resume the Ebro Transfer. The proposal will be debated in the Commission for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge. The objective, according to the document, is to guarantee access to water throughout the national territory, especially in the east and south of the Iberian Peninsula, making use of funds from the European recovery instrument, the Next Generation program. The Ebro Transfer would help the great project of the water unit in Spain, real and not rhetorical, says the proposal not of law.
