Many Vodafone customers message the company via social media about the problems they are experiencing with the network. “We have just received a report that there is indeed a national outage. We are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible,” Vodafone wrote in several responses.
Vodafone writes on the website: “There is currently a malfunction, which means that your mobile connection is not optimal. The problem is known to us. We are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
