The singer responded to Vittorio Sgarbi’s accusations about his excessive femininity in Sanremo
Vittorio Sgarbi we know him and he is one who certainly does not send them to say and if at times he has to give a hard judgment on a person, he does it without fear. Last Saturday he was a guest of Dedicatedthe afternoon program of Rai 1 conducted by Serena Autieri where we talked about the Sanremo Festival.
Sgarbi’s words about the performances of some singers did not appeal to most people. In particular, the most criticized was Michele Bravi and his song brought to the evening of the covers of Lucio Battisti.
“There was that other one who sang Battisti’s song, ‘how can a rock’, which is called Bravi … all female … The song was written by Battisti for a woman and he was a man and he declined it in the masculine” – said Vittorio.
Words that were not liked even by the person concerned who, after sharing the offending sentence on social networks, replied by saying:
“I don’t like to give space or voice to people who ignore the beauty of individual freedom of expression, nor to demonize an embarrassed laugh due to the unexpected of a live broadcast”.
It’s still:
“Since yesterday you have been sending me a video of a broadcast accusing my excessive femininity, and I take this opportunity to say that I am proud to give voice to a non-judgmental approach to individuality. I will never stop saying with my music ‘be completely yourself’ ”.
“It is a sign of civility to respect and accept opinions other than your own, but it is a shame to let medieval judgments limit your creativity. Always be creative ”.
Vittorio Sgarbi also tough with Blanco
Sgarbi had also had some problems with the winners of the Festival Mahmood and Blanco in particular with the second. “The one who won, who I think is heterosexual, was dressed in lace, perhaps because he wanted to talk to Saviano. These two who try to kiss each other in vain… I don’t understand why two who are going to sing have to hug each other, touch each other… just sing ”.
