It is a pioneering platform (https://www.jobfie.es/empleovitartis), designed by the company Jobfie specifically for the food industry, which “integrates artificial intelligence technology to revolve personnel selection in the sector“, as explained by the general director of Vitartis, Cristina Ramírez.
This advanced system not only helps in creating attractive job offers but also generates compatibility reports that highlight the skills of each candidate in relation to the needs of the company. With this tool, companies speed up their hiring by quickly connecting with the right profile. In addition, the portal’s monitoring system ensures an environment of trust and transparency for all users, minimizing risks and strengthening labor relations in the sector.

The launch of this innovative tool responds to the growing need for talent in the food sector of Castilla y León, which covers from managerial profiles to technicians and operators. “And Vitartis, with 150 associated companies, facilitates the connection between companies and qualified professionals,” said Cristina Ramírez.
In addition to contributing to efficiency in the selection process, this platform also helps to retain local talent, contributing to the economic development of the Community, supporting the expansion of quality employment and rural development, while at the same time drives collaboration across the value chain.
