The terrible tragedy occurred around 2 am last night. The victim is a young man of just 23 years old.
According to initial reconstructions of the events, it would appear that the boy suddenly lost control of his car, a Toyota Corollawhich crashed violently into a perimeter wall. Following the strong impact, the young man was thrown out of the window, ending up ruinously on the asphalt and dying practically instantly.
The 118 health workers intervened immediately. When they arrived on the scene, they found the 23-year-old next to his car, unfortunately already lifeless. The rescuers could only confirm his death.
Investigations underway
In addition to the rescuers, the following also arrived at the scene of the accident: Carabinieri of the Colleferro company for carrying out the routine surveys. The investigations opened on the case will have to reconstruct the exact dynamics of the road accident, even if there seems to be no doubt that it was a self-driving accident. In fact, no other vehicles appear to be involved.
The body of the young victim was transported to the hospital in Tor Vergataavailable to the family.
