A high school student is suspected of stabbing another student in the school canteen.
In Rovaniemi The Rantavitika school has dealt with yesterday’s stabbing case with staff and students.
The school principal Katja Kauniskangas says a joint event was held for staff in the morning to review the events. The issue was discussed with the students during the lessons, and in addition, a psychologist and curator have been present at the school today.
Lapland police said yesterday that a high school student was suspected of stabbing another student in the canteen of Rantavitika school during a lunch break. The suspect was caught and the victim was taken to hospital.
