The investigations, which will have to ascertain the dynamics of the facts, and possibly investigate other young people, are coordinated by the prosecutor Ilaria Perinu and the adjunct Laura Pedio. The group between 12 and 15 young people had stolen the gun from the agent of the plainclothes club during a very dangerous fight, in which two gunshots were also exploded, which fortunately did not cause any injuries.
Vigilant attacked in Milan, one of the three suspects defends himself: “He did not qualify”
However, one of the three suspects defended himself by stating that the local police officer, disarmed by them, would not have qualified. While the agent would have said that he qualified and then fired a shot in the air with the service weapon, one of the boys claims that this is not how it went. One of the three suspects told the newspaper L’Adige: “He didn’t show any ID who identified him as a police officer. There are many witnesses ready to confirm this. “The boy then said that the man would have drawn his gun and that the group would have pounced on him only to disarm him.” Nobody wanted to beat him, we just wanted to take his gun off because we were scared. ” .
