A group of people dressed in black, some hooded, as well as part of the demonstrators in the March through Ayotzinapathrew objects and Molotov cocktails at grenadiers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC), whom they accused of previously assaulting them.
It was at the crossroads between the streets of Isabel the Catholic and May 5in the Historic Center of Mexico Citywhere the protesters attacked the uniformed men, who responded with fire extinguishers and in addition to protecting themselves with their shields from the thrown objects.
The group Marabuntawhich accompanies the protest led by the parents of the murdered normalistas in Iguala, charged that the capital government failed to comply with the agreements because it had offered that there would be no police presence.
The officers were cornered between May 5 and Francisco I Madero, from where they remained still awaiting orders from above, so they did not move and the demonstrators continued on their way. However, they received bottle blows. Molotov cocktails and even a boot was blown up.
The anger of the protesters was evident, since not only did they shout verbal offenses at the SSC elements, but there came a time when they could do nothing and only protected themselves with their shields.
Already in the Zócalo, the parents of the 43 from Ayotzinapa were high and were preparing to hold a rally demanding justice from the authorities, while in the surroundings the clashes between ranchers and hooded men continued.
