Once again, a fact of insecurity was once again in the center of attention in Tucumán. It is that in the last hours a video began to go viral on social networks that shows the exact moment in which two women resist the theft of their motorcycle to the punches.
The unusual and distressing episode occurred this Wednesday, around 6:30 p.m., in the Los Chañaritos neighborhood 250 homes, located in San Miguel de Tucumán, provincial capital.
There, two young -that later it was learned that they were sisters– they circulated on a motorcycle through one of the streets of the place after having gone to a nearby store to buy bread. Suddenly, two men aboard a roll similar to the one the girls were driving, they positioned themselves ahead of them.
While the girls came back from buying bread, the thieves were waiting to steal their motorcycle.
In a blink of an eye, one of the male descended of the vehicle and, gun in hand and pointing at them, forced them to stop the march. Later, got on the motorcycle of the female ones while his accomplice waited a few meters ahead.
As seen in the footage, which was recorded by one of the security cameras located at that point, the two women refused to get off of your vehicle.
At the moment in which the criminal tried to escape aboard the car, he noticed the attitude of the victims, got out and He punched the girl who was driving in the face, far from being scared he returned the aggression.
The incident occurred in Los Chañaritos, one of the popular neighborhoods of Tucumán.
It was at that moment that the tension increased because, after receiving the pineapple from one of the sisters, the man began to throw punching and kicking towards the young woman, who, enraged by the situation, tried to defend herself in the same way.
Thus both they braided for a few seconds, until the woman lost her balance and ended up falling to the ground with the motorcycle above her. In that exchange of blows, the villain lost the gun that he had already kept around his waist.
As reflected in the images broadcast by the digital sphere, in the violent back and forth, the element with which it intended to scare the victims falls on the side of the street, right in the sector where the adjacent pasture begins.
This is how the malefactor approached the women from Tucumán.
Also, after that, the young woman who was accompanying her intervenes in the fight giving him some blows to the head to the criminal, who tries to escape the place on foot. However, that second woman got grab him by the shirt to give him another punch -and also receive another- before the thief consumed his escape.
The sequence culminates with both women from Tucumán standing, watching how the aggressor fled aboard the motorcycle that was waiting for him a few meters away, driven by his accomplice. And of course: lifting your vehicle to finally get home.
In that sense, this Friday and in statements to Telefé News, the sisters assured that they were still sore from the blows received but, fortunately, they did not present serious pictures. They also exhibited the supposed weapon with which the criminal tried to scare them: it was a toy.
The sisters ended up on their feet, the thief fleeing.
