According to Brad Moran, general director of the NASCAR Cup Series, to determine victory in these cases, a laser line is used along with a camera that takes between 4,000 and 20,000 frames per second.
Larson has two victories this season and with this fact, together with Buescher, he surpassed the mark of two thousandths of a difference that San Mayer and Ryan Sieg had set in April.
