Ingredients
For 2 persons
- About 70 g of rice (approximately half a cup)
- 200 g of fresh tuna
- 1 avocado
- white sesame
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of vinegar for sushi
- sriracha sauce
- nori seaweed
- frozen edamame
- Cilantro
- Soy sauce
- Salt
Preparation
- Chop the tuna into bite-size pieces.
- Dissolve a little wasabi in a splash of soy sauce in a bowl and add sesame to taste. Marinate the fish with the mixture.
- Rinse the rice with plenty of water. Boil about 3/4 cup of water with a pinch of salt, and cook the rice covered and over low heat until done (about 15 minutes).
- Spread the rice out on a tray and fan it to cool. Dress it with two or three tablespoons of vinegar for sushi and stir it.
- Peel and chop the avocado, and prepare the edamame following the instructions on the package.
- Divide the rice into two bowls. Top with the tuna on the side, and finish with avocado chunks, edamame, nori seaweed bits, chopped cilantro, and a little sriracha.
