To everyone’s surprise, Sony releases the new trailer for Venom: Carnage’s Fury, sequel to the famous film that sees the symbiote created by Marvel at the center, which made his debut as an enemy of Spider-Man. The video shows the origins of Carnage, the other symbiote that will be a danger to Eddie Brock and Venom themselves, who will find themselves facing him.
Contrary to the previously released trailer, which had a much more ironic and comedy tone, this new video shows us all the fury of Carnage, played by Woody Harrelson. The actor plays Cletus Kasady, a very dangerous serial killer, who through the “fusion” with the symbiote will become a formidable and very difficult enemy to beat.
Tom Hardy, who returns again the protagonist of the story, he will have to fight with both Venom and Carnage, trying to solve the problems of coexistence with the symbiote and trying to stop the dangerous criminal. All this is also accompanied by his ex-girlfriend’s new partner, who creates even more problems with the guest who lives inside the ex-journalist.
The release date, which had previously been postponed, it is not yet fully disclosed, remaining behind a generic autumn 2021, confirming however the release in cinemas and not on streaming services. Sony has not currently released any other details on the matter, thus validating the idea that it could arrive in late September or early October.

The first film, of which you can read our review here, had some success, even if it could not fully tell the story, perhaps also due to the lack of Spider-Man. Over 2 years later the story and the characters return to the big screen, promising what is a mix of comedy, tension and a lot of action, which has characterized the latest films coming from the MCU.
