The president of UPN, Cristina Ibarrola, presented this morning two initiatives in order to prevent them from condemned by terrorism to work with minors in Navarra. The first of them establishes a new requirement in the statute of the personnel at the service of the Public Administrations of Navarra to be admitted to selective evidence for both fixed and temporary positions in the Government of Navarra and local entities. This requirement will be that for jobs that imply habitual contact with minors, it will be required not to have been convicted by a firm judgment for any crime of terrorism or organization or terrorist group that are included in the Criminal Code, having the same consideration of the criminal judicial resolutions of Member States of the European Union for the same type of crimes.
«A person cannot exercise as a teacher or other professions in close contact with minors if he has been convicted of sexual assault, which seems correct to us, but instead he can do it today who was convicted of killing a child within an organization terrorist. Ibarrola has also appealed to the rest of political formations that can share this initiative, including those that make up the government.
