Al Zaabi pointed out that the importance of updating the data lies in knowing the most important needs of the beneficiary families, and setting priorities and plans based on sound foundations, especially that the department possesses high-quality technical systems represented in tablets that read the Emirates ID, and the digital fingerprint, which enables the social worker to: Recording and updating data easily and accurately, as well as the feature of saving an accurate digital map of the home, allowing the work team or social worker easy access to the beneficiary’s home.
The process of updating the data also contributes to the knowledge of the categories that need to be nominated for the “Tamkeen” program, which aims to employ low-income beneficiaries of the department from the age groups less than 45 years old, who are able to work and give, with jobs and a temporary contract in various institutions of the Sharjah government, private entities and the sector Al-Ahly, with the aim of strengthening and developing the capabilities and skills of the family and enabling it to face its circumstances and overcome its problems, and to consolidate a culture of creativity and planning, to become qualified with expertise and experiences that benefit them in developing and improving the standard of living and maintaining family cohesion in light of the difficult circumstances that it may be exposed to.
She stressed that the department seeks to achieve sustainable and comprehensive development for the various members of society, create balance for families with limited income and enable them to access a decent life and decent living, through social assistance represented in monthly cash assistance, assistance to the heads of the house, the bedridden and the dependent elderly, as well as the supporting capabilities. for the families of the beneficiaries.
