University of Morelia offers scholarships to study technology in Japan | Requirements

The Technological University of Morelia (UTM) has launched an exciting call for its students: the opportunity to obtain mobility scholarships to study in Japan.

It’s about the scholarship called “You are important, ambassador scholarships to Osaka”whose main objective is to provide international academic experiences to students through the prestigious Mirai Innovation Institute.

This initiative seeks to support students enrolled at UTM, giving them the opportunity to study abroad, mainly focused on the development of science and technology.

Requirements to obtain the scholarship

The scholarship “You are important, ambassador scholarships to Osaka” will offer four UTM students financial support unique to help cover the expenses associated with this travel experience, which ranges between 50 and 100 thousand pesos per beneficiary.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet certain requirements. They are required to be enrolled in an Engineering level program in any of the knowledge areas of science, technology, engineering and innovation.

Additionally, they must have a minimum academic average of 8.5 at the time of issuance of the call and demonstrate a level of English proficiency equivalent to A2, supported by a corresponding document or certificate.

He Application reception period for this scholarship will be open from May 16 to 27, 2024. The results of the selection will be published on May 29 on the UTM institutional website: ut-morelia.edu.mx.
