United States Authority: In Uvalde, Texas, police action failed completely during the school shootout

The head of the security agency said police had decided to put the lives of police over the lives of children.

The police operation of the Uvalde school shooting in Texas was a complete failure, said the director of the Texas Public Security Agency Steve McCraw on tuesday. He spoke to state senators investigating the case.

McCraw said police wasted time searching for a classroom key that was never needed.

Last month, 19 schoolchildren and two teachers died in a school shootout. An 18-year-old local man suspected of the shooting died in bullets from the authorities.

The local police have been under scrutiny when it became clear that a dozen police officers were waiting behind the door of the classroom and doing nothing while the children were lying dead or on their deaths inside the classroom.

McCraw’n according to the police, there were enough police officers to be able to stop the shooter three minutes after entering this school. Instead, they waited more than an hour before meeting the shooter.

McCraw said the police in charge at the scene decided to put the lives of the police ahead of the lives of the children.

“The police had guns, the children didn’t. The police had bulletproof vests, the children did not. The cops were trained, the target did not, ”McCraw said.

The Uvalde shooting is the worst school shooting in the United States since Sandy Hook’s massacre in 2012. At the time, a 20-year-old man killed 20 schoolchildren and six staff members after attacking the school.
