UniCredit, agreement with unions on early departures and hires
Unicredit has signed an integration agreement with the trade unions relating to the employment front of the Team23 plan, which provides for the possibility for 350 employees of the group to anticipate voluntary exit, also with incentives, starting from next December 1st.. However, the agreement does not concern network personnel; the bank and the workers’ representatives also confirm “the validity of the system which provides for a new hiring every two voluntary exits”. The entrances will be on the physical network of branches and “will be realized in any case by and no later than the first quarter of 2022”.
