The developers of the Chinese studio Parcaes Fate Studio and the publisher WadaGames have announced the PS5 version Of Unending Dawnwhich will be published together with those iOS and Android already confirmed previously.
The novelty arrived together with a long seven-minute gameplay trailer that offers us a taste of this open world action RPG in anime style and with dark colors created in Unreal Engine 5. As we can see, the game offers dark atmospheres and a mix of dynamics seen in highly successful titles, such as the possibility of breaking the posture of enemies to initiate very powerful countermoves that it is reminiscent in some ways of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, but there is no shortage of other traits apparently inspired by souls-like in general and a pinch of Genshin Impact.
What we know about Unending Dawn
Not many other details about Unending Dawn are known at the moment. As for the story, from the description of the movie we learn that the game is set in a world in ruins after the advent of the day of the “Infinite Dawn” (or “Unending Dawn” in English), which quickly crumbled the human civilization. The protagonist travels the “Path of Cognition” and is at the same time the bearer of a curse and a “hope that sustains the existence of the world”.
For now, Unending Dawn still doesn't have a release date set in stone, with more information from the developers to come later in the year.
