Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleba said in a tweet on Twitter that the Russian attack had devastatingly affected Ukrainians and others who do not hold Ukrainian citizenship.

He stressed that his country’s government spares no effort to solve the problem.
Testimonies and reports in recent days showed that many foreigners residing on the territory of Ukraine faced racist treatment while fleeing, like others, from the hell of war.
This included depriving these people, including Arabs and Africans, from boarding buses and trains heading to the borders of neighboring countries.
Many of them were left waiting for hours in the freezing cold on the border with Poland.
On Tuesday, the United Nations confirmed that foreigners faced discriminatory treatment compared to Ukrainians at the borders of neighboring countries.
She indicated that the matter relates to non-European immigrants.
