Russian forces opened a new front in the Kharkov region in the middle of this month with an offensive launched from the Russian side of the border, from where they also attack the regional capital of Kharkiv – the second largest city in Ukraine – with missiles, artillery and aerial bombs launched from planes that do not enter Ukrainian airspace.
Asked about the possibility that the F-16 fighter jets that Ukraine should begin receiving this year will be used to attack Russian planes that drop aerial bombs without entering Ukrainian airspace, Zelensky said the issue has not been decided yet. .

Likewise, the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, assured this Friday that NATO countries will continue to “adapt and adjust” their support to Ukraine based on the needs of the situation.
