Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba denied reports of Kiev’s offensive in the Donbass and said that the Ukrainian security forces were not involved in any sabotage. He wrote about this on his page in Twitter.
According to Kuleba, Ukraine does not carry out and does not plan any such actions in the south-east of Ukraine. “We are fully committed to an exclusively diplomatic settlement,” the Foreign Minister said.
