The war between Ukraine And Russia still rages in these hours of the day, and while the news continues to tell the gruesome events, the world of gaming is touched several times (directly or indirectly). This time it is a statement from the Prime Minister Ukrainian, Mykhailo Fedorov, who in a letter addressed to all developers and companies in the gaming industry, asked them to leave Russia.
Through his Twitter account, the Prime Minister has even tagged Xbox And PlayStation to get the message across, stating that “everyone knows what is happening in Ukraine now. Russia has not only declared war on Ukraine but on the civilized world. If you support human value, you should leave the Russian market ”.
You are definitely aware of what is happening in Ukraine right now. Russia declare war not for Ukraine but for all civilized world. If you support human values, you should live the Russian market! pic.twitter.com/tnQr13BsSv

The letter explains everything in detail, we leave you a translation below:
To all video game developers and all esports platforms
The Russian Federation has carried out an outrageous military attack on my nation! Imagine, in 2022, missiles attacking residential areas, kindergartens and hospitals in the heart of Europe.
The armed forces and citizens are defending Ukraine to the end! The whole world is rejecting aggression through the imposition of sanctions – the enemy is losing a lot. But we need your support – in 2022, modern technology is the best answer to tanks, rocket launchers and missiles.
I am sure that you will not only listen, but do everything you can to protect Ukraine, Europe and ultimately the entire democratic world from this bloody authoritarian aggression – and I kindly ask you to temporarily block all Russian and Belarusian accounts, and to temporarily stop the Russian and Belarusian participation of teams and players in international esports events and cancel all events that would have taken place on Russian soil.
We are sure that these actions would motivate the citizens of Russia to act proactively against this shameful military aggression
