More than half a thousand people belonging to 12 groups and clubs will participate on June 11 in the Carnival parade, which had to be postponed in February due to the pandemic.
The Councilor for Celebrations, José Ángel Ponce, announced this Friday at the Guevara Palace the programming of the festivities that will begin on the 10th in the Plaza de España at 9:00 p.m. with the presentation of the momo, the muse and the queen Of the carnival. The event will be enlivened with the music of the group ‘El Camarote de los Hermanos Marx’.
The next day the parade will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Pérez Casas street and will go through Nogalte, Cuesta de San Francisco, Óvalo de Santa Paula and Juan Carlos I Avenue streets. As the end of the party, the show ‘The girls from Havana ‘ in the Plaza of Spain.
