Today, Monday, the Tunisian presidency announced that the President of the Republic, Kais Saied, had relieved the Ministers of Finance, Communication Technologies and Agriculture from their posts.
The Tunisian presidency’s account on Facebook said, “The President of the Republic, Kais Saied, issued today, Monday, August 2, 2021, presidential orders to:
• Relieving Mr. Ali Al-Kaali from his duties as Minister of Economy, Finance and Investment Support,
• Assigning Mrs. Siham Al-Boughdiri Nomsieh to run the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Investment Support,
• Relieving Mr. Mohamed Al-Fadil Karim from his duties as Minister of Communication Technologies and as Acting Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources,
• Assigning Mr. Nizar Bennaji to run the Ministry of Communication Technologies.
