The president of the United States, Donald Trump, has congratulated the president of Banco Santander, Ana Patricia Botín, for the work she does at the head of one of the main banks in Spain and Europe.

In her question, the businesswoman, who has congratulated Trump for his “historic victory”, has praised his focus on deregulation “and reducing bureaucracy”: “We are delighted,” the president of Santander told the Republican, time that has questioned him about what his priorities are in this area and how quickly they are going to occur.
