O TRE-SP (São Paulo Regional Electoral Court) condemned this Saturday (3.Sep.2022) the federal deputy and candidate for re-election Carla Zambelli (PL) it’s your brother, Bruno Zambelli (PL), for irregular electoral propaganda. As per the decision, an entire bus was “enveloped” with a sticker from your campaign.
Magistrate Regis de Castilho Barbosa Filho decided that the application of advertising on the vehicle goes against the determination of the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) that limits the use of adhesive in cars to an area of 0.5m². Carla’s brother, candidate for state deputy, is also cited by the Court. Here’s the intact (490 KB).
The decision came after a complaint by the candidate for the Chamber by União Brasil Cristiano Beraldo. He is also a member of MBL (Movimento Brasil Livre).
The deputy and her brother have 2 days to restore the bus in its entirety. In case of non-compliance with the decision, they must pay a daily fine of BRL 1,000.
