Strong rains and winds surprised the inhabitants of the city of Culiacán, who were affected during the night by unexpected blackouts registered in several sectors.
One of the areas most affected by the blackouts was the downtown sector of the Sinaloa capital, followed by the Abastos sector, Palmito, the Miguel Hidalgo neighborhood, the Tres Ríos urban sector, and the Aguaruto community, among other areas.
Similarly, there were power outages in the golden zone, Chapultepec, the Lima neighborhood and on March 21.
