Nokia Jari Toivonen was driving on Sunday morning with his wife along Road 12 in Nokia when he noticed other road users trying to get their attention.
“The oncoming car flashed its lights, and then I also noticed two pedestrians on the left side of the road waving their hands,” Toivonen says.
