The preliminary toxicological report carried out on singer Liam Payne by the forensic team after his death has determined that the artist had consumed different drugs before falling from a balcony of his hotel room last October 9 in Buenos Aires. The circumstances of his death are still being investigated.
The cocktail of substances found in his body includes what is known as pink cocaine – sometimes called ‘tusi’ -: a combination of methamphetamine, ketamine and MDMA. He would also have consumed cocaine, benzodiazepines and ‘crack’ (smoked cocaine base), according to British and North American media such as ‘Daily Mail’ and ‘ABC News’.
The autopsy confirms what a worker at the Casa Sur hotel in the Palermo neighborhood alerted the emergency services before the fall: “We have a guest who is over the top of drugs and it’s breaking up the whole room. “We need someone to come.” Alleged photographs showing the state of the singer’s room after the fall also came to light. In them, white powder, a bottle of psychotropic drugs, champagne glasses and general disorder were visible.
The autopsy revealed that the former member of One Direction He died from multiple trauma and internal and external hemorrhages, caused by the strong fall from a height of three stories (about 13 or 14 meters). His father arrived last weekend to repatriate his son’s body to the United Kingdom.
Payne, 31, became known after his participation in the program ‘The X Factor’, where he met the rest of the members of One Direction: Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Thomlinson. The band broke up years later after becoming a global phenomenon.
